2013 Reserved Section Supervisor Training Course Open

At 8a.m. on April 9, the opening ceremony of reserved section supervisor training course of Shanghai
Morn Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. was held in 3rd floor meeting room of administration building. Board President Mr. Wen Zehong, relevant department leaders, teachers and 39 selected graduating students from Jiangsu Yancheng Technician College and Nanchang Institution of Technology attended this ceremony hosted by manager Jiang Yujie from human resource department.
Firstly, President Wen zehong gave an important speech and introduced the development status of cable industry. President Wen gave important indicator and clear requirement about the training, and he gave sincerely wish and hope to these students. Mr. Wang Qing, the general superintendent of this training, also provided clear instruction to the students. He elaborated the problems would occur during the process from student life changed to occupation life and he encouraged the students to overcome the problems and self-adjust to adapt to the occupation life. Teacher representative and student representative gave speeches, expressed the confidence and determination. At last, human resource department introduced the training schedule and class arrangement.
The reserved section supervisor training course will last four months, with the purpose of training the students to gain the basic quality and professional skills to be a section supervisor, and also enriching company’s talent reserve to lay a solid talent foundation for company’s development. During the training, the company will test and evaluate the student strictly. Only pass the evaluation, can the qualifier get the job opportunity.
