Morn Middle & Senior Management Cadre Debriefing Evaluation Meeting In The First Half Year Of 2013
July, 27-28, 2013, Morn convened 2013 middle & senior management cadre debriefing evaluation meeting. All executives and middle management personnel of company participated in the report. Director Wen Zehong listened to the report.
At the meeting, the management team described their achieved performance, innovation, existed problem, and improvement measures with detailed data combined with job objection and performance of duties of the first half of 2013, and make rational planning and outlook of the second half of 2013 by PPT presentation.Some of them impassioned, expressed his positive attitude and outstanding achievements; some language plain, meandered their extraordinary performance during past six months. No matter what kind of form, all represented Morn staff’s dedication, hard-working, silent struggle, and selfless contribution noble character.
After the debriefing report, Director Wen Zehong made concluding remarks. Firstly, he fully endorsed each department performance achievement of the first half year, and appreciated everyone’s effort for Morn. Hope the senior management cadres to contrast Annul Target Responsibility Letter to refine work planning of next half year. Combined with our company actual situation, pragmatic, innovating thinking, dare to dare, to ensure 2013 company's full-year targets successfully completed. Director Wen pointed out the entire management should always remain sober-minded; change the way of thinking; work with ground thinking & more exchanges; summarize inadequacies; clear ideas; improve method to enhance work quality in a further step.
