Morn Second Batch Class Start Ceremony
Aug. 21th, 9:00 pm, Shanghai Morn Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. 2nd batch reserved captain training class start ceremony was held in the 3rd floor conference room of administration building. Director Wang Qing and relevant responsible person attended the ceremony.
In the ceremony, Wang Qing, the overall responsible person, gave important instructions. He required relevant department based on the 1st training experience to teach trainees more successful & prompt method; introduced Morn future development plan to the trainees; made clear requirement & instruction for trainees’ job technology learning and combination of skill & relevant theory.
Zhang Xie, Production Department main responsible person, emphasized training class discipline. He required execution training standards, implementation skills development, and paid more attention to the safety work during training. And then, Lu Bingbing, 2013 first batch outstanding trainee, did representative speech. Finally, HR Department declared the 2nd reserved captain training class start.
