2、  用途Application：

   主要用于发电、冶金、石油、化 工行业等高温或耐寒、防腐要求的环境下，作电力传输、移动电气设备的电源连接线或控制连接线。

       Mainly used in high temperature or cold-resistant, anti-corrosion requirements of the environment, such as power generation, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, as power connection cable or control connection cable in power transmission, mobile electrical equipment.

    高温电缆适用于额定电压为300/500V及以下各类电机 、家用电器、检测控制仪或照明灯具的耐热绝缘安装线。

       High-temperature cable is suitable for rated voltage up to 300/500V all kinds of motor, household appliances, measurement and control instrument or Lighting heat insulation installation wire.

3、优点Advantages：

3.1、优异的耐热性、耐寒性、电绝缘性能及耐电晕和抗电弧性；

       Excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, electrical insulation properties and resistance to corona and arc resistance。

3.2、优异的耐臭氧老化，热老化、紫外光老化和大气老化性能；

       Excellent resistance to ozone aging, thermal aging, ultraviolet radiation and atmospheric aging properties。

3.3、具有较好的耐油性和耐溶剂性；

        Having good oil resistance and solvent resistance。

3.4、独特的耐辐射性、耐燃性和良好的防霉性；

        Unique radiation resistance, flame resistance and good mildew resistance。

3.5、电缆的最高长期工作温度为180℃。

    Max. continuous operating temperature: 180℃.

3.6、短路时(最长持续时间不超过5秒）,电缆的最高温度:280℃。

     Short-circuit(the longest duration not exceeding 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of the cable: 280℃。

3.7、 电缆敷设时的环境条件：

      Environmental conditions in the cable laying：

3.7.1、硅橡胶绝缘硅橡胶护套电缆敷设环境温度不低于－60℃；

      Silicon rubber insulated silicon rubber sheathed cable laying ambient temperature not lower than -60℃；

3.7.2、硅橡胶绝缘聚氯乙烯护套电缆敷设环境温度不低于－10℃；

      Silicon rubber insulated PVC sheathed cable laying ambient temperature not lower than -10℃；

3.7.3、电缆允许弯曲半径：不小于电缆外径的10倍。

     Permissible bending radius of cables: not less than ten times of cable diameter。

     电力电缆Power cable：0.6/1kV；

    控制电缆Control cable：450/750V；

    高温电缆High temperature cable：300/500V。
