APPLICATIONS

THHNbuilding wire with aluminumalloy 8000 seriesare intended for general purpose applications as defined by the USA National Electrical Code (NEC). It is permitted used in conduit and cable trays for services, feeders, and branch circuits in commercial or industrial new construction or rewiring for 600 volt applications. For applications requiring it is appropriate for use in dry locations at temperatures not to exceed 90˚C. The wire is designed to be installed without application of a pulling lubricant.
