APPLICATIONS

SE-U AL(Aluminum Alloy Conductor Service Entrance Cable Style U) is used to convey power from the service drop to the meter base and from themeter base to the distribution panelboard; however, it may be used in all applications where SE-UAL cable is permitted. SE-U AL may be used in wet or dry above ground locations at temperatures not to exceed 90°C. The voltage rating is 600 volts.

Insulation	•Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation meeting the required thickness of Type XHHW-2 rated for 90°C in wet or dry locations
Ground	•Bare aluminum concentric neutral surround the phaseconductors
Bedding	•Glass-reinforced polyester tape bedding
Jacket	• Sunlight resistant Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) jacket
