Minimum 3 years of working experience as production scheduler or higher position. Experience in on-site management, system and regulation formulation with solid production management capabilities. Candidates with experience in manufacturing enterprises with over 100 employees are preferred.

Ensure proper execution of workflows and tasks related to all inspection work specified by the company. Assist department head in continuous improvement of inspection procedures and documents.
Conduct incoming quality inspection and quality assurance for raw materials and auxiliary materials, participate in supplier evaluation; assist in revision and confirmation of quality and technical standards for raw materials.
Assist department head in understanding process documents and production plans, support improvement and confirmation of product quality and technical indicators; organize, train, coordinate and supervise all inspection activities.
Strictly implement non-conforming product control procedures: confirm, label, record, feedback and statistically analyze all non-conforming products. Track and supervise corrective actions as required to prevent circulation of unprocessed non-conforming goods.
Receive, control and manage inspection documents and materials; regularly spot-check inspection records to verify work quality.
Provide technical training and guidance for inspectors, participate in technical assessment to ensure inspectors meet competency requirements for inspection plans, procedures and standards.
Implement 6S management for all inspection and testing areas.

Minimum 5 years of experience in wire & cable manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years of workshop management experience in manufacturing.
Possess Internal Quality Auditor Certificate. Candidates with Certified Auditor or Quality Engineer credentials are preferred.

Manage membership registration and information maintenance for all bidding websites.
Supervise online tender information screening, inquiry and registration.
Participate in tender document preparation for key clients (e.g., State Grid); review bidding and quotation documents. Coordinate technical team for technical bids when applicable.
Collect, sort, track and feedback quotation data post-bidding.
Conduct customer maintenance and manage communication between the company and clients.
College diploma or above with basic knowledge of wire and cable.
Minimum 3 years of experience in wire & cable project bidding.
Experience in customer follow-up via telephone; familiar with full tendering procedures.

Control production costs for conductor lines; monitor process execution, conduct monthly assessments, analyze and resolve problems timely. Optimize manufacturing processes based on annual production plans to lower material loss.
Technical secondary school / high school diploma or above; major in Electromechanical Engineering, Wire & Cable or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of production management experience in wire & cable industry, at least 3 years of experience as production scheduler or above position. Experience in on-site management, system and regulation formulation with strong production management capability. Candidates working in manufacturers with over 100 staff are preferred.
Familiar with wire drawing and stranding production processes.

Compile and review product design technical documents and work instructions for on-site production.
Provide on-site technical support for production.
Carry out technical innovation and process improvement projects.
Develop and test new products and new materials, formulate updated technical specifications.
Communicate with customers on technical issues; coordinate internal departments, suppliers and technical institutions during new product development.
Offer technical support to Sales, Procurement and Equipment teams for bidding and system engineering projects.
Regularly propose suggestions and improvement measures on technical development to the Chief Engineer.
Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, major in Wire & Cable Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Polymer Materials or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in wire & cable industry; competent English proficiency to understand English technical standards.
Familiar with performance testing & evaluation of cables and raw materials, cable manufacturing equipment, new product development, cost calculation, quotation, raw material characteristics, supplier development, production workflow and specification design.
Compile product technical documents for production.
Participate in on-site technical production support.
Take part in technical innovation and process improvement initiatives.
Engage in development and testing of new products & materials, formulation of new technical specifications.
Assist customer communication on technical issues; coordinate internal departments, suppliers and technical institutions during new product development.
Provide technical support for tender activities of Sales, Procurement and Equipment departments.
Full-time bachelor’s degree, fresh graduates; major in Wire & Cable Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Polymer Materials or related fields.
Proficient in Office software and CAD.
Proactive, careful, quick learner; good English ability to read English technical standards.
Track developed wire & cable projects, conduct business liaison and provide customer service.
Timely feedback customer requirements to the company; travel frequently to project locations to resolve customer issues.
Full-time college diploma or above; Wire & Cable, Electrical Engineering or related majors preferred.
Hard-working and willing to travel on business.
Minimum 1 year sales experience; outstanding bachelor fresh graduates are acceptable.
Presentable, strong verbal expression and communication skills.
Inspect raw materials, semi-finished and finished products per inspection specifications, and conduct production patrol inspection.
Fill in corresponding inspection forms in accordance with job responsibilities.
Track handling progress of non-conformities found during inspection.
Collect and summarize monthly inspection data and submit reports to supervisors.
College diploma or above; major in Wire & Cable Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Material Performance or related disciplines.
Candidates with wire & cable quality inspection experience are preferred.
