The Guohua Dingzhou Thermal Power Project is located in Kaiyuan Town, Dingzhou City, Hebei Province, along the "Liukou Power Station" of the Shuohuang Railway. It is one of the largest thermal power bases in the southern power grid of Hebei Province and an important coal-fired power project under the National Energy Group.
