(referred to as "Mengneng New Energy"), the company has agreed to grant the registered trademark in the ninth category (registration number: 1283754) to Mengneng New Energy for use and signed the "Trademark License Agreement". According to the annual revenue of Mengneng New Energy, 6‰ of the trademark license usage fee will be paid to the company. Mengneng New Energy is jointly invested by the company and Mr. Wan Zehong, the company's actual controller.
