The extraordinary shareholders' meeting of Moen Electric passed three proposals, with the approval rate of the core proposals exceeding 99%

Shanghai Moen Electric Co., Ltd. (stock code: 002451) held its first interim shareholders' meeting in 2026 on June 5, 2026, at 14:00 p.m. in the second-floor meeting room of Building 1, Ronghui 898 Creative Park, Pudong New Area, Shanghai.
