Mineral insulated flexible fire-resistant cables with a rated voltage of 0.6/1kV and below
This series of flexible mineral insulated fire resistant cables are rated for operating voltages up to 0.6/1kV, belonging to a new generation of high-performance fire-resistant power cables. The core insulation layer is composed of inorganic mineral refractory materials such as magnesium oxide wrapped around conductors, replacing conventional organic plastic insulation. By optimizing the cable stranding structure, it overcomes the drawbacks of rigid traditional mineral-insulated cables including poor bendability and limited laying conditions. It integrates the supreme fire resistance of mineral cables and the flexible, easy-installation merits of ordinary power cables simultaneously.
Excellent Fire Resistance & Flame RetardancyIt will not ignite or spread flames under open flame and high temperature, with fire endurance time reaching 90 minutes or longer. It can maintain stable power supply without rapid insulation breakdown during fires, complying with national standards for continuous fire service power supply.
Low Smoke & Zero Toxicity for SafetyNo toxic or hazardous fumes are released under thermal ablation, accompanied by extremely low smoke emission. It effectively reduces the risks of suffocation and poisoning for occupants in fire accidents, perfectly suited for densely populated public buildings.
High Temperature & Moisture Resistance, Extended Service LifeInorganic mineral insulation features outstanding heat resistance, damp-proof and waterproof performance. It operates reliably for decades in humid underground utility tunnels, vertical shafts and water-adjacent areas. With strong oxidation and aging resistance, its service life is far longer than conventional rubber & plastic cables.
Superior Flexibility for Convenient InstallationMulti-strand conductors deliver great bending performance. The cable can be routed easily through narrow cable trays, curved sections and equipment shafts without numerous prefabricated elbows, greatly cutting construction difficulty and labor costs. It also boasts reliable compression and impact resistance to avoid external damage after installation.
Comprehensive Safety ProtectionIt is explosion-proof and resistant to rodent and termite gnawing, with stable insulation and strong tolerance against short circuits and overloads. No molten drips will be generated to ignite surrounding combustibles, offering ample safety margin.
Widely deployed in low-voltage power distribution systems with stringent fire safety requirements: high-rise residential and commercial complexes, large hospitals, metro stations, underground utility tunnels, data centers, exhibition venues, shopping malls, fire pump rooms, emergency evacuation lighting systems, smoke exhaust fans, fire elevators, building fire control loops and other critical emergency power circuits. It is also applicable to harsh environments including damp basements, water-adjacent machine rooms, chemical auxiliary buildings and civil air defense projects.
