Computer cable
Computer cables (model series: DJYPV, DJYPVP, DJYP2V, DJYP2VP2) are dedicated low-current signal cables for instrument control, DCS distributed control systems and PLC automation systems, rated at 300/500V, complying with GB/T 9330, IEC 60189 and VDE standards. They transmit 4-20mA analog signals, digital switching signals and communication signals between control rooms and field sensors, effectively resisting harmonic interference from inverters and power cables to avoid signal drift, data distortion and measurement errors. Characterized by twisted-pair construction, individual pair shielding and overall shielding, available in single-pair, multi-pair configurations. Widely deployed in chemical plants, power stations, metallurgy, building automation and water treatment industries.
ConductorClass 1 solid / Class 2 compact stranded bare copper for fixed installation; Class 5 tinned flexible copper for movable applications. Uniform resistance ensures minimal voltage drop for tiny weak signal transmission.
InsulationHigh-density PE insulation with low dielectric constant and uniform capacitance, ensuring identical signal delay across pairs and reducing crosstalk.
Twisted Pair Unit (Key Design)Two insulated cores are twisted together at fixed pitch to counteract electromagnetic crosstalk induced by external magnetic fields. Multiple pairs are cabled together for multi-channel signal transmission.
Graded Shielding (Selected by Working Condition)
DJYPV: Individual aluminum foil shield per pair, no overall shield
DJYPVP: Individual foil shield + overall tinned copper braided shield (universal high anti-interference type)
DJYP2V / DJYP2VP2: Aluminum tape overall shield, optimized for long-distance laying Individual shields eliminate intra-cable crosstalk; overall shield blocks external EMI from power cables, motors and frequency converters.
Filler & Inner SheathFlexible flame-retardant filler fills gaps to maintain round shape and buffer compression stress; extruded PVC inner sheath separates shielding layers.
Steel Tape Armor (Optional)Model DJYPVP22 with steel tape armor offers compression, impact and rodent resistance for direct burial and outdoor cable tray installation.
Outer SheathStandard: PVC sheath; Fire safety grade: LSZH low-smoke zero-halogen sheath; Chemical resistant: modified polyolefin sheath; featured with moisture-proof, dust-proof, slight oil resistance and weather aging resistance.
Ultra-low crosstalk & high signal precision Balanced twisted pairs and individual shielding stabilize capacitance between cores. Analog 4~20mA and digital signals maintain accuracy over long distances, guaranteeing precise measurement of temperature, pressure and flow sensors.
Excellent EMC anti-interference performance Two-tier shielding suppresses internal pair-to-pair crosstalk and external harmonic noise from inverters and power equipment, stable for power plants and metallurgical workshops with severe electromagnetic pollution.
Consistent electrical parameters Strict control over insulation thickness and twist pitch achieves extremely low capacitance unbalance, ideal for long-distance DCS signal transmission.
Wide environmental adaptability Operating temperature: -20℃ ~ 70℃; suitable for indoor trays, cable trenches and underground burial. LSZH versions meet fire protection standards for tunnels and power stations, with moderate resistance to moisture, weak acid and alkali.
