Product Introduction

Robot signal cable is an integrated special wire harness exclusively for multi-axis industrial manipulators and collaborative robots, responsible for signal feedback, sensor data transmission and low-voltage control communication. Rated at 300/500V, it complies with CE, UL, VDE and RoHS industrial standards, divided into two types: fixed wiring for robot main body and ultra-high flexible cable for continuous torsion & bending of articulated joints. Integrated with differential signal pairs, sensor control cores and low-voltage power cores, it is tailored for harsh working conditions including infinite reciprocating torsion, large-angle bending, routing inside narrow cavities, exposure to oil & cutting fluid and intensive electromagnetic interference on production floors. It steadily transmits encoder position pulses, torque sensor signals and IO communication data to prevent signal loss, mechanical jitter and servo alarms. It is widely adopted for full-body wiring of welding robots, handling manipulators, cobots and painting robots.

Internal Structure

The cable features compact round structure; torsion-resistant variants are embedded with aramid tensile fibers to bear tension during cyclic rotation and avoid conductor breakage. The innermost conductor is Class 6 finely stranded annealed tinned copper wire. Ultra-fine strands endure millions of bending cycles and clockwise/counterclockwise torsion without fracture. The tin coating resists corrosion from humid oily workshop atmosphere, maintains stable resistance and minimizes attenuation of weak high-frequency signals. Cores for precise differential signal transmission are twisted in pairs with fixed pitch to reduce crosstalk. Low-capacitance TPE elastic insulation with uniform thickness ensures consistent signal transmission delay. All cores are stranded neatly, with soft elastic flame-retardant filler filling gaps to retain round shape and relieve internal stress generated by vibration and torsion. Double shielding is equipped for high-interference environments: fully wrapped aluminum foil inner shield blocks lateral interference, while high-density tinned copper braided outer mesh suppresses harmonic noise from inverters, with shielding coverage over 90%. Steel wire braided armor is optional for welding and painting scenarios to resist extrusion and welding spatter burns. The outermost modified TPU sheath boasts excellent resistance to machine oil, cutting fluid, acid-alkali mist, abrasion and tear. It remains flexible at low temperatures without embrittlement, enabling smooth torsion and towing.
