Imine Varnished Wire

Introduction

The imine varnished wire is a high-temperature enameled wire manufactured by coating a copper conductor with polyester imine (PEI) insulating varnish, followed by high-temperature baking and curing. Compared with conventional polyester enameled wires, it delivers outstanding insulating properties and better overall performance.

Key Features

  • High thermal resistance, reaching Class 155 / Class 180

  • Excellent thermal shock resistance and ageing resistance

  • High dielectric strength; scratch & abrasion resistant with strong film adhesion

  • Superior chemical resistance and compatibility with refrigerants

Application Scenarios

Widely adopted for windings of high-temperature motors, hermetic compressors, variable frequency motors, dry-type transformers, reactors, and other high-temperature & high-efficiency electrical equipment.
